Time, Title, A2, and the L buttons on the skin
have no function at this time. Cont/Single button is the
Autoadvanced function.

Reset Pitch Slider button added
Denon Logo by DJ J.J.

Player VU left channel is the slider for volume control.
Left Click and move up or down to change volume control
and right click to reset to default.

Fixed missing Favorites Directory Active gif and removed
image-edge-righttop and image-edge-leftbottom from playlist.xml.
Denon Logo is the config button.
Using Flip button on the skin with right click or left click does the Loop Movebeeats.
Right Click on Parameter knobs load song into Deck.
Left Click on Playlist button load song into Deck.
Sync/Tap Button Matches BPM.
