What are SSE and SSE2 optimized builds?
SSE and SSE2 are extra instruction sets on your processor that can improve the
performance of applications that are optimized for these instruction sets.
Not all processors support these optimizations, so you have to choose the correct version based on your processor.
No Optimization: Processors older than the ones listed here can not use these optimized versions
SSE: AMD Athlon XP, Intel Pentium 3
SSE2: AMD Athlon 64, AMD Turion 64, Intel Core Duo, Intel Pentium 4, Intel Pentium M (Centrino) and any newer processors
If you are not sure if your processor supports any of the optimizations, you can either try it
(djDecks will crash if your processor does not support the optimizations) or you can use a program like CPU-Z.
